Through his teachings he has encouraged the members of Elm Grove Baptist Church to be humble in prayer and sincere about doing God’s work. Under his guidance, ministries have flourished and expanded beyond the walls of the Church. Ministries are in the communities, in the schools and even in other countries witnessing and testifying of God’s goodness.

Pastor Domingue is a powerful, anointed, spirit filled disciple of God. He teaches of God’s miracles and power to reach even into the worst of them and bring out the best. It is with his belief, faith and encouragement that members of Elm Grove Baptist Church can boldly stand and affirm that “we are a supernatural church, composed of supernatural people, doing supernatural things, for we are laborers together with God”
